Next students need to consider where their input data comes from. Should students consider asking a member of their staff to type in all the details everyday, or are they going to use a barcode scanning system?

Obviously students should choose the easier system of using the barcode, unless they wish to employ someone to count all stock and type in details of receipts at the end of everyday!

Students should cite the benefits of why using a barcode would be easier. They should explain how they intend to 'capture' this data - this needs to be explained clearly and in-depth to gain higher marks.
